PETAH TIKVA, Israel -- Israeli Yitzhak Yazdanpana has grown a three-foot, ten-inch long cucumber ( 46.5 inches, about 118 cm )- setting the new world record for the Longest Cucumber.

Yitzhak Yazdanpana said that he didn't use any chemical fertilizers, and that this isn't his first large cucumber. In the past he has grown one that was more than two feet long

The previous world record for the Longest Cucumber was a 36.1in (91.694 cm) cucumber which was grown by Alf Cobb and was displayed at the National Amateur Gardening Show in UK
