Knowledge in use plants for production alcohl yeast from the Tay minority in Ha Giang province

The plant species composition used for production alcohol yeast from the Tay minority in Ha Giang province is more diverse. They belong to 20 species, 19 genera and 17 families.  There are 15 species is the most important. They are herb and climber, almost live in moist mountain side, some species are planted in the garden. The Tay minority often use leaf, root, stem inside alcohol yeast. The materials for production alcohol yeast include dry plant materials, rices, orignal yeast and fresh water. This study propose two ideals to reserve and develop the economy of  the Tay minority in Ha Giang province from the knowledge in use plants for production alcohol yeast.
