A small sized, hot growing sympodial epiphyte with flattened pseudobulbs carrying linear, rather leathery, suddenly narrowing to a broad point leaves that blooms in the fall on a to 15 cm long, to 17 flowered inflorescence.

Habitat, phenology and conservation status

Trunk and branch epiphyte. Broad-leaved evergreen forests. Growing in podosol forests at elevations up to 500 meters. Fl. January.

Very rare.
